When are you closed?
We are open year-round, with the exception of the following holidays on which we will be closed:
New Year's Day January 1st
President’s Day 3rd Monday of February
MLK Day 3rd Monday of January
Good Friday and Easter Monday March or April
Memorial Day Last Monday of May Juneteenth June 19th
Independence Day July 4th Labor Day 1st Monday of September
Columbus Day 2nd Monday of October
Veteran’s Day 11th
Thanksgiving Last Thursday and Friday of November
Christmas Day & the Day After December 25th and 26th
* The centers will close early on Christmas Eve & New Years Eve at 1:00 p.m. *
On days when Christmas and New Year’s day falls on a weekend, days off will be determined and a notice will be given in advance. *
Please bear in mind that tuition will be charged for holidays

LATE PICK-UP POLICY
We ask that everyone stays mindful of our pickup times so our staff can head home to their families, too! We know emergencies happen, but please note that a late fee of $1.00 per minute will be applied for pickups after your child's scheduled time or our 6:00 PM closing.
If you have transportation difficulties, please notify staff immediately by phone
PAYMENTS DURING ABSENTEEISM OR VACATIONS
To keep our weekly tuition rates as affordable as possible for all our families, our budget is based on a full school year of operation. Because of this, payments are required to secure your child’s continuous spot and cannot be prorated for personal absences or school holidays (including Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks). We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a high-quality program for your little ones!
